WHO AM I?

I was born and raised in the Seattle area. My father was a builder/developer so I can probably say that I have been around real estate for my entire life. I have lived in the South King County area since 1968. My wife, Janet, and I and our four children have resided in the Scenic Hill area of Kent for over 18 years. I enjoy sports of all kinds, am a car enthusiast, enjoy spending time with family and relaxing at our get-away home in the San Juan Islands. I am currently President of the executive board for the Northwest Parks Foundation where we are greatly involved with healthy parks all around the northwest.

WHY SHOULD YOU SELECT A COMMERCIAL AGENT?

Commercial real estate is a complex multi-faceted business. In order for investors and owner-users to realize the highest potential return on investment, an agent must fully comprehend all aspects of the commercial transaction. The knowledge necessary to properly represent the commercial client can only be gained through years of commercial real estate experience and education. Residential real estate experience, although important for residential transactions, does not provide the expertise necessary to properly represent the client in commercial transactions. Commercial property transactions take months or even years to complete due to the intricacies and commercial regulations, so the Commercial Agent must be experienced, competent, committed, persistent, and extremely proactive through the marketing, negotiations, due diligence and closing stages of a transaction. I have a combined 25+ years commercial real estate experience.
